ABC is bunk on MacOS since Apple broke MIDI with Catalina and I could never get a Linux version of ABC to work on my Chromebook effectively. Different if I were linking these for bandmates or others. I know, it's sacrilege but for practicing I gotta do what pleases my brain. I deleted the treble clefs on each line as well but it looked too strange to my brain even though it created more space.

I remove these because they don't matter to me personally, the less busy the better for my eyes and space on a limited 8.5" x 11" when printed. I hear you about the flattened beams, that is annoying and makes me miss BMW :/ I actually leave off the key signatures, tempo markings, etc. William, the output there looks an awful lot like ABC output except they forgot to pass the flatten beams argument, so all the gracenote stems are on a diagonal (except for the symmetrical grips).Ĭan't help but notice they also leave off the key signature which is poor form these days.
